WELL HELLO THERE LOVE, MY  NAME IS SARA!

I live to make art, whether its photos, knitting, makeup, hair, drawings, or paintings.  The sky is not the limit, because really who puts limitations on art?!

I am a coffee snob, and a tea lover.  The smell and feel of a new book makes my senses reel with happiness, and walking in nature makes my soul feel alive.  

I am married to my best friend, my high school sweetheart.  I am a mother to one beautiful, happy and energetic little girl who reminds me daily there is magic everywhere we look, in even the most simple things. 

I graduated from Western Academy of Photography in 2011 with a diploma in professional photography.  I graduated from Martier Hair Design and Esthetics in 2007 with a diploma in Hair Design and 2006 with a Diploma in Make Up Artistry.

Capturing the essence of life, watching light and shadows dance upon surfaces is something that has always amazed and drawn me to photography.  I could have told you from the age of 10 that photography was and always will be the kindling that lights a fire within me...even if I did take a detour into other artistic ventures before coming round full circle.

I believe that life is a story waiting to be told, its beautiful, its random, sometimes painful, and lovely, but more importantly every moment matters.  I work hard to find and capture authentic moments while encouraging you to connect with each other, laugh and enjoy your session.
